# GFS Customer Setup Packet — Contents

**Purpose:** Send this packet to a new customer so GFS can set them up in our system. This folder is the single controlled source of record — always send from here.

## Workflow
1. Send welcome email + 3 attachments (Setup Form, ACH Form, W-9 2026)
2. Customer returns completed forms + their W-9
3. Credit review (3–5 business days) — trade refs, bank ref, D&B
4. Set credit limit, create customer in NetSuite, send credit-approval email
5. Notify Customer Service (Danielle@GlobalFoodSolutions.co) — account active
